A needs assessment is a systematic process for determining and addressing needs, or gaps between current conditions and desired conditions or wants. The discrepancy between the current condition and wanted condition must be measured to appropriately identify the need.
The Assembly Structure is designed to facilitate both the “Assembly” roles and offices as well as the “Operational” roles within the Assembly.
Putting together a functional Assembly can seem complicated. Often it leads Assemblies to create top down systems because it’s easier to dictate than to empower. This should help.
